American Restaurant Concepts has named Daniel Slone as CFO. Slone will be joining the company from private equity firm Blue Victory Holdings where he worked as a controller. Headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana, American Restaurant Concepts is the operator and franchisor of Dick’s Wings & Grill restaurants.

Textile company Brand & Oppenheimer Co. has hired David Mackney as specialty fabrics business manager. Prior to joining B&O, Mackney served as director of sales and marketing for the specialty products group at Guilford Mills. Based in Red Bank, NJ, B&O is owned by B&O management, Praesidian Capital and StoneCreek Capital.

Brand Networks has named Anthony Green senior vice president and Jeff Madison vice president of client services. Prior to joining Brand Networks, Green worked at Optimal while Madison served as COO at Sparkart Group. Headquartered in Boston, Brand Networks, which is backed by AEA Investors, is a provider of digital marketing services.

CPI Aerostructures has named Michael Faber to its board of directors. Currently, Faber is CEO of NextPoint Management Co, an investment firm. Based in Edgewood, New York, CPI Aerostructures is a provider of structural aircraft parts for fixed wing aircraft and helicopters in the commercial and defense markets.

Encision has named Dr. Patrick Pace as chairman of the board. Pace, who is an adviser to EDG Partners, a private equity firm that focuses on health care, has been a director of Encision’s board since April 2012. Based in Boulder, Colorado, Encision is a provider of surgical devices.

EnerGulf Resources has named Peter Gianulis and Anu Dhir to its board of directors. Jeff Greenblum, EnerGulf chairman and CEO, and CFO Clive Brookes were re-elected as directors. Gianulis is the president and managing director of Carrelton Asset Management while Dhir is the managing director of Miniqs Ltd. Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, EnerGulf Resources is an oil and gas exploration company.

Intelligence Clearing Network has named Virginia Cargill to its advisory board. Currently, Cargill is a venture partner at Alerion Partners, a private equity firm in Darien, Connecticut. ICN is a provider of software solutions for grocery, drug and mass merchant retailers.

Global drug developer inVentiv Health Clinical has made several additions to its leadership team. Dawn Anderson has been named president of the company’s Phase II-IV development while Dr. Martin Birkhofer will become chief medical officer. Richard Shimota has been hired as CFO. All will report to Raymond Hill, president of inVentiv Health Clinical. InVentiv Health Clinical is a subsidiary of inVentiv Group Holdings, which is backed by Thomas H. Lee Partners LP, Liberty Lane Partners and members of the inVentiv management team.

J-Pac, a portfolio company of Torque Capital Group, has named Mark Florence as president and CEO. Previously, Florence worked at Abbott Laboratories, Bayer, McKesson and most recently, NxStage Medical. Headquartered in Somersworth, New Hampshire, J-Pac is a medical manufacturing company.

La Quinta Inns & Suites, which is backed by The Blackstone Group, has named Henry Cisneros, Mit Shah and Alan Bowers to its board of directors. Cisneros currently serves as chairman of the CityView companies while Shah is the CEO and senior managing principal of Noble Investment Group. Bowers is the former president and CEO of Cape Success, MarketSource Corp and MBL Life Assurance Corp. La Quinta Inns & Suites, which is operated by Irving, Texas-based LQ Management, is a popular hotel franchise brand.

Liaison International, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, has named Allison J. Snow as director of marketing. Prior to joining Liaison, Snow worked at PG Calc. Headquartered in Watertown, Massachusetts, Liaison International is a provider of admissions software and services for higher education.

The Limited, a portfolio company of Sun Capital Partners, has named Diane Ellis as its CEO. Prior to joining the Limited, Ellis served as president and COO of Brooks Brothers. Based in Columbus, Ohio, the Limited is a longtime fashion retailer that has 259 mall locations in the United States.

Midland Cogeneration Venture, a portfolio company of Borealis Infrastructure, has named Pete Milojevic as its new president and CEO. He will replace Roger Kelley. Prior to joining MCV, Milojevic served as senior vice president at Canada-based Bruce Power LP. Based in Midland, Michigan, MCV is a natural gas-fired cogeneration plant. Borealis is a Toronto-based investment firm affiliated with the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System. Last month, the Global Strategic Investment Alliance acquired a one-third stake in MCV for more than $2 billion.

MYCOM Group, which is backed by Clearlake Capital, announced several executive changes to its advanced engineering services and software divisions. Alfred Binford was appointed president and CEO of the advanced engineering services division, while Richard Blanc was named to be COO and David Winters to CFO. Also, Payam Taaghol was promoted to president of its software division.

Northstar Travel Media, a portfolio company of Wicks Group of Companies, has named Lisa Cohen as CFO. Prior to joining Northstar, Cohen was CFO at Remedy Health Media. Based in Secaucus, New Jersey, Northstar Travel Media is a provider of news, information and data for the travel, meetings and hospitality sectors.

Relias Learning, which is backed by Vista Equity Partners, has added to its executive team. Eric Masters and Jenny Roberts have been named vice president of marketing and vice president of client care respectively. Also, the company has promoted Ben Johnson to vice president of products. Based in Cary, North Carolina, Relias Learning is a provider of online learning technologies.

Roofing Supply Group, a portfolio company of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, has named Shaun Mara as the company’s new CFO. Prior to joining Roofing Supply Group, Mara served as CFO at Dean Foods. Based in Dallas, Roofing Supply Group is a provider of roofing supplies and related building materials.

Rosa Mexicano, which is backed by Goode Partners, has named Tom Dillon president and CEO. Most recently, Dillon was president and COO of Patina Restaurant Group. Dillon replaces Howard Greenstone as Rosa Mexicano’s President and CEO. Greenstone, who is also one of Rosa Mexicano’s co-founders, will remain engaged as a member of the company’s board of directors, the company said.
