Pricoa Capital Group, a leading European mezzanine debt and private equity provider, has announced the promotions of Harald Sipple to director and Marc Ciancimino and Alistair Haimes as associate directors.
Sipple, based in Frankfurt, joined Pricoa in 1998. Prior to that he worked for the MBO division of BayBG, a Munich-based private equity firm. At Pricoa, he focused on investments in German-speaking countries and Scandinavia, including Datentechnik, M&W and Hofmann among others.
Ciancimino is based in London and joined Pricoa in 1999. Previously he worked for Bankers Trust, in the leveraged finance group. He has been involved in the EURO55 million mezzanine and equity investment in Perkins Foods PLC, the EURO26.3 million mezzanine investment in JvH and the EURO17.5 million mezzanine investment in Malmberg, amongst others.
Haimes, also based in London, joined Pricoa in 1998. Prior to that he worked for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in London, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. He recently worked on PRICOA Capital’s EURO55 million mezzanine investment in Perkins Foods PLC and EURO30 million investment in Damovo S.A.
