The Private Equity Lawyers Forum will host their first annual conference on Friday 2 April 2004. The conference is open to all in-house lawyers working within the private equity sector and will be held on Friday 2 April 2004.
The programme will comprise workshops on compliance and corporate law, M&A and investment process and fund constitutional issues. There will also be a presentation drawing together the threads of the day’s training from a US perspective and a discussion on the development of the role of the in-house private equity lawyer.
The programme is supported by the British Venture Capital Association and the Commerce & Industry Group, recognised by the Law Society.
The forum meets quarterly for networking and training and encourages members to promote industry best practice through know-how sharing.
