3M (NYSE: MMM) has agreed to acquire SoftMed Systems Inc., a Silver Spring, Md.-based provider of health information management software and services for healthcare organizations. No financial terms were disclosed. Softmed is a portfolio company of TA Associates, and was valued at around $195 million when TA first invested in 1999.

Apax Partners has sold its 71% stake in U.K.-based publishing services company Stationary Office to German postal services and logistics company Deutsche Post AG (via subsidiary Williams Lea Group). No financial terms were disclosed.

Crucell NV acquired Swedish biotech company SBL Vaccin AB for €39.4 million in cash from 3i Group and SEB.

KRG Capital Partners has sold FMI International LLC to Maritime Logistics US Holdings Inc. for over $100 million in cash and stock. FMI is a Carteret, N.J.-based logistics provider for the apparel, retail and footwear industries.

Lagardère has agreed to buy European sports marketing agency Sportfive SA from Advent International, RTL Group and Goldman Sachs Capital Partners. The deal is valued at €865 million.

North Castle Partners has agreed to sell Naked Juice Co. to PepsiCo (NYSE: PEP). No financial terms were disclosed. Naked Juice is an Azusa, Calif.-based premium juice company with annual sales in excess of $150 million.
