Redline Nets Series C Funding

With the closing of its $12 million round of Series C funding, Redline Networks of Campbell, Calif. will use the capital infusion to push its line of Web service enhancing hardware deeper into Europe and for a debut in Japan.

Led by a $7 million investment from Charles River Ventures, this round also included commitments from Series B investors Advanced Technology Ventures and individuals. This deal brings the company’s total private equity funding to $24.8 million.
