Brussels-listed RHJ International SA, which manages companies bought by Ripplewood, has put Niles Co up for sale and is courting interest from funds, the Wall Street Journal reported without quoting sources.

Ripplewood purchased Niles, which makes components for pedals and doors in cars, in 2001 for 10 billion yen ($93.14 million), the Journal said, citing a local newspaper report at the time.

RHJ International and Niles could not be immediately reached for comment.
