Soc Gen makes four appointments

Societé Generale has expanded its corporate and investment banking, global investment management services and operating efficiency and innovation support functions by expanding its team with four new appointments.

Replacing Alain Clot, Jean-Pierre Mustier, chief executive officer of Societe General Corporate and Investment Banking will be appointed chairman & CEO of Societé Generale Asset Management. Clot’s new position within the group is yet to be announced.

Michel Peretie has been appointed Head Societé Generale Corportate and Investment Banking.

Philippe Collas, chairman of SG Global Investment Management & Services has been appointed senior advisor to CEO, Frederic Oudea.

Francoise Mercadal-Delasalles joins Societé Generale as head of operating efficiency and innovation alongside Severin Cabannes, deputy chief executive officer. She will be specifically in charge of meeting the objectives set out by the Operating Efficiency Plan.
