Repeat entrepreneur Peter Sisson has raised $250,000 for a startup called Toktumi, which offers “communications services” according to a regulatory filing.
Sisson sold Teleo, a VOIP company he started, to Microsoft in 2005. He is also the former CEO of WineShopper.com and the former Chief Strategy Officer of Wine.com.
The startup is based in San Francisco and lists its contact information as 415-563-2025.
