Templeman to CVC

CVC Capital Partners has appointed Miles Templeman as an advisor to support its European deal activity. As part of CVC’s European advisory board, Miles will advise CVC’s investment teams on the commercial and industrial issues faced by the drinks sector. He will participate in the management of both current and potential portfolio companies.

Templeman joins CVC from Interbrew UK, where he was managing director of Whitbread Beer Company, a former division of Whitbread PLC. He has also held a number of senior management positions with several high profile consumer brands, including group product manager for Ribena and Lucozade, managing director of Threshers Off Licences, and marketing and sales director, Northern Europe for Levi Strauss, where he oversaw the introduction of the 501 jeans brand.
