Waterland boosts board

Waterland Private Equity Investments has appointed Theo Dilissen to the advisory board. Dilissen, 51, is chairman of the board of telecoms group Belgacom. From 2000 to 2004, he was active with Euronext-quoted ICT services company Real Software. From 2001 onwards, as Real Software’s CEO, he performed a fundamental and complex restructuring to recover the company. Previously, he made an impressive career with ISS, a quoted company, rising to COO and member of the board in a span of 10 years. He is amongst other things member of the board of VOKA (Flemish employers association) and of UZA (Antwerp University Hospital). He is author of Making Knowledge (2002) and Manager of the Year (2001).
