Great Range Capital has closed its third fund at a hard cap of $250 million.

Great Range Capital Fund III’s limited partners include pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, fund of funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

Based in Mission Woods, Kansas, GRC targets lower middle-market Midwestern companies.

“Strong support from both new and existing investors allowed us to finish fundraising in less than a year despite a challenging environment,” said Paul Maxwell, a managing partner of GRC in a statement.

GRC was founded in 2010.
