The total for 2012 has also been bumped up to tally about $157.7 billion. The increase mainly reflects Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.’s close of KKR Asian Fund II at its $6 billion goal. The previously reported total of $154.1 billion for 2012 listed this investment vehicle at $3 billion.
