Nautic Partners has closed its tenth fund at a hard cap of $3 billion. Nautic Partners X’s limited partners include global public and private pension plans, endowments, fund of funds, insurers and financial institutions, health systems, sovereign wealth funds and family offices. Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Nautic on the fund. Based in Providence, Rhode Island, the middle-market private equity firm invests in the healthcare, industrials and services sectors.

PROVIDENCE, R.I.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Nautic Partners, LLC (“Nautic” or the “Firm”), a leading middle-market private equity firm focused on investments in the Healthcare, Industrials, and Services sectors, announced it has successfully completed the final closing of Nautic Partners X (“Nautic X”). Representing the tenth private equity fund in the Firm’s history, Nautic X closed on its hard cap of $3.0 billion of limited partner commitments with strong support from both existing and new institutional investors.

Nautic closed its previous fund, Nautic Partners IX, in 2019 with $1.5 billion of committed limited partner capital.
