Peterson Partners wraps up tenth fund at $265m

Fund X plans on making about 12 investments and has already invested in three companies, Dura Software, Packsize and Kelso.

Peterson Partners has closed its tenth fund at $265 million.

Fund X plans on making about 12 investments and has already invested in three companies, Dura Software, Packsize and Kelso.

Peterson invests across the software, business services, healthcare, and consumer sectors.

“As most of our investments are sourced from CEOs and investors in the Peterson network, we have deep insights into the people we’re backing and the ways in which we can add value,” said Brett Stohlton, a partner at Peterson Private Equity in a statement. “In a world where capital is often a commodity, we find ways to accelerate growth by applying lessons from more than 300 companies and management teams we’ve backed over the years.”

Based in Salt Lake City, Peterson Partners has more than $2 billion under management.
