Sam Mill completes continuation fund, acquires Climate Props and Industrial Refrigeration Pros

Saw Mill Capital Partners has closed its continuation fund, which simultaneously acquired two related Saw Mill assets, Climate Pros and Industrial Refrigeration Pros. No financial terms were disclosed.

Neuberger Berman led the transaction while Hamilton Lane also made a significant capital commitment.

Headquartered in the greater Chicago area, Climate Pros is a provider of refrigeration and HVAC repair, maintenance and modernization services.

Dallas-based Industrial Refrigeration Pros is a provider of design, construction, repair and maintenance services for ammonia and CO2 based industrial refrigeration systems.
