AGF appoints

AGF Private Equity has appointed Martin Mabille to its fund-of-funds team. His responsibilities include the development of co-investments in LBO transactions alongside buyout funds across Europe.

Before joining AGF, Mabille, 31, advised a European family office on their private equity strategy for one year. Prior to that, he was at BancBoston Capital in London for four years, managing direct investments in buyouts, development capital and secondary transactions in Europe. Before joining BancBoston Capital, Mabille spent almost four years in strategic consulting and corporate finance at Ernst & Young in France.

He started his career in the M&A department of the Danone Group. He is a graduate of the EM Lyon and the ESSCA business school.
