Bank of Ireland

Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking has hired Claire Frelaut as director of leveraged syndicated finance in its London offices. Frelaut previously spent six years at Royal Bank of Scotland, both in leveraged loan origination in Paris and in leveraged syndications in London. Prior to that, she spent five years with Arthur Andersen, specialising in due diligence and in restructuring and turnaround.

Peter Mullen, head of syndicated finance, said that Frelaut’s appointment takes the syndicated finance team in London to six, but that she will also support teams in Dublin, Frankfurt, London and Paris.
