Cleantech spin-out gets advice

Curzon Park Capital, the recent spin-out of UK seed investor E-Synergy, has appointed Peter Gangsted as advisory partner.

He will assist the newly formed cleantech firm’s board to manage its Sustainable Technology Fund and advise CPC on future business.

With over a decade of private equity experience, Gangsted specializes in the manufacturing and plastics sector. He was recently appointed chairman of AWS Eco Plastics and during his time at CPC he will work alongside chairman, Edmund Truell and directors, Cedriane de Boucard and Sam Richardson.

Prior to CPC, he was partner with European buyout firm Cinven. As part of that role he ran the Frankfurt office and was a member of the Cinven board and executive committee. Before Cinven, he was a founding partner of Allianz Capital Partners, Allianz’s private equity investment vehicle.
