Core changes at Interxion US

Pan-European Internet infrastructure company Interxion has announced two key appointments. Paul Renaud has joined Interxion Holding NV in the Netherlands as chief financial officer and Jan Loeber has been appointed president of Interxion USA, a full subsidiary of Interxion Holding N. Renaud comes from Dutchtone where he was chief financial officer and a member of the managing boards of Dutchtone Group BV and Dutchtone NV. He also owned several companies in The Netherlands, including mobile telecoms company Dutchtone and cable operator Casema. He was instrumental in the foundation and establishment of Dutchtone and his responsibilities included logistics, finance, facilities, procurement, legal and regulatory affairs.

As well as president, Loeber has also been appointed special advisor to the Supervisory Board and the management team of Interxion Holding NV. For the past year he was executive vice president corporate strategy at Global Telesystems Inc (GTS). In addition to his new position at Interxion, Loeber is currently active as a board member of several start-up companies in Europe and the US, most of which are in the Internet sector. It is hoped that these appointments will substantially add to the management capabilities of the company.

Interxion has established itself as one of the leading pan-European Internet infrastructure companies, currently operating 13 Internet Exchange Centres in major European cities and focusing on an expanding comprehensive value-added service portfolio.
