MIG’s Attica stake hits 90.62%

Marfin Investment Group (MIG) said its stake in Attica Holdings has reached 90.62% through direct and indirect participation.

The public offer for the ferry group expired on January 2.

It’s holdings in another passenger ship operator, Blue Star Ferries, reached 84.45%, MIG said in a statement.
