Nordic Capital takes stake in Tradimus

Nordic Capital has acquired a minority stake in Tradimus, a Swedish firm providing business process outsourcing with 1,000 full-time employees and sales of €120m. Nordic Capital intends to support Tradimus in expanding in the European service outsourcing market.

Volvo Technology Transfer and the two co-founders of the company, Kenth Eriksson and Michael Olsson, remain shareholders in Tradimus.

“Tradimus’s impressive growth and good profitability is a perfect platform to benefit from the new exciting market that is now developing,” said Anders Hultin, a partner at Nordic Capital.

In 2003, Tradimus bought ECL, a provider of logistics services, from Modern Times Group and in 2006 has acquired the entire share capital of Dila Logistik, a Joenkoeping-based provider of logistics services, from Torsviken i Joenkoeping.
