London-based Cradle Holdings, which is backed by private equity firm Fox Paine, has named Lance Patterson as its CEO and to its board of directors. Recently, Patterson served as co-president of Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skincare. Cradle Holdings include the luxury fragrance firms Penhaligon’s, which is based in London, and L’Artisan Parfumeur, which is based in Paris and Grasse, France.

First Data Corp, which is backed by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co, has hired Gretchen H. Garrigues as chief marketing officer. Previously, she worked at GE Capital, where she most recently served as senior managing director of global strategic marketing. First Data Corp is the United States’ largest processor of card transactions.

GlobalLogic, a portfolio company of Apax Partners, has hired Anna Brunelle as CFO. Brunelle, who will be based in the firm’s headquarters in San Jose, California, previously worked at TiVo, where she recently served as CFO. GlobalLogic is a provider of software R&D services.

Interlink Electronics has added Angela Blatteis and Frank Levinson to its board of directors. Blatteis is currently an ambassador to The Gores Group, where she remains a key consultant, while Levinson is a venture partner with Phoenix Venture Partners. Headquartered in Camarillo, California, Interlink Electronics is a provider of sensor and human-machine interface technologies.

Wellness franchise Massage Heights has named David Humphrey as chairman of its board of managers. Humphrey is the CEO of DTH Capital Ventures. Also, the firm has promoted Shane Evans to president. Evans will hold this position while maintaining her additional role as chief operating officer.

Monarch Medical Technologies, which is owned by Eigen Capital Partners, has hired Stuart Long as CEO. Long is the former global chief marketing and sales officer at CapsuleTech.

MSDP, a provider of vehicle aftermarket performance parts that is backed by Z Capital, has named Richard T. Ruebusch as CEO. Ruebusch replaces interim CEO Ron Turcotte. Previously, Ruebusch worked at Columbus Castings, where he served as president and CEO. MSDP is based in El Paso, Texas.

Qforma, a portfolio company of BelHealth Investment Partners, has named Jeff Brady as executive chairman. Brady is the former CEO of Advanced Health Media. Headquartered in Morris Plains, New Jersey, Qforma is a provider of advanced analytics for the life sciences sector.

Sabreliner Aviation, a portfolio company of Innovative Capital Holdings, has hired Greg Fedele as president. Previously, Fedele worked at Rolls Royce, where he served as senior vice president of customer business, helicopters and light turboprops. Based outside St. Louis, Sabreliner Aviation is a provider of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul services.
