Asset International, which is backed by Genstar Capital, has named Carolyn Ullerick as its chief financial officer. Previously, Ullerick worked at Reed Elsevier’s LexisNexis Group, where she served as global CFO. Headquartered in New York City, Asset International provides data and marketing solutions to the global asset management industry.

Filtec, a portfolio company of SFW Capital Partners, has named David Storey as president and CEO. Storey will succeed Steve Calhoun, who will remain as a member of the board. Previously, Storey worked at Royston, where he served as CEO. Based in Torrance, California, Filtec is a provider of in-line inspection instrumentation and systems for the beverage and packaging sectors. SFW, with offices in Rye, New York, and Akron, Ohio, is a specialized private equity firm that invests exclusively in analytical tools and related services.

Futuris Automotive, a global automotive components supplier, has appointed Joseph Gorga to its board of directors. The company has also expanded its North American business with the opening of a new manufacturing facility and design center in Newark, California. Futuris was acquired in September 2013 by Clearlake Capital Group, where Gorga, an automotive industry veteran, is an operating adviser.

Single Touch Systems has added Joseph Beatty to its board of directors. Beatty is a former consultant to private equity firm Cardinal Growth. Based in Jersey City, New Jersey, Single Touch provides a  multi-channel messaging gateway for mobile media.
