Growth equity firm Catalyst Investors has named Susan Bihler as vice president. Bihler is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and structuring new investment opportunities and managing the firm’s existing portfolio companies. She joined the firm as an analyst in 2009.
Energy investor First Reserve has promoted Jesse Krynak and David McFarland to vice president in the buyout funds team. Both joined the firm in 2010.
UK-based NorthEdge Capital, a lower mid-market buyout shop, has announced two promotions. Tom Rowley has become investment director and Phil Frame is investment manager. Rowley joined NorthEdge as investment manager at the start of 2013, while Frame joined NorthEdge in 2012 as a senior investment executive.
Investment consultant Segal Rogerscasey has promoted Donna A. Rosequist, director of alpha investment research, to vice president. Rosequist joined the firm’s Darien, Connecticut, office in 1994.
