Rahul Agarwal has joined specialist loan-asset manager CIFC Corp. as chief financial officer. Agarwal brings 19 years of financial industry experience, having spent the last eight years at The Blackstone Group, where he served as the co-head of finance for the private equity business.
Dan Dykens has joined ClearMomentum as the company’s new president and CEO. ClearMomentum provides private equity portfolio management software. Dykens was the founder and president of Meet the Street LLC, which offered an online matching platform to electronically schedule meetings between institutional investors and corporate executives to economize the investment roadshow process. Founder and former CEO John Grabski will serve as chairman of the board.
