VPSA (formerly Viventures Partners), has sold its stake in French technology company Okyz to Adobe Systems Inc, the US IT company that produces Adobe Acrobat. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
V2 FCPR, a VSPA fund, became the main shareholder in Okyz in April 2003 when it invested €1.3m for a 32.2% stake. Adobe now owns 100% of the company.
Okyz is based near Paris, France, and also has offices in the US. Its software products include Raider3D Capture, Raider3D Live and Raider3D Publish.
