Enlightenment Capital wraps up fourth fund at $540m

Enlightenment Capital has closed its fourth fund at $540 million, beating its original $350 million target.

Enlightenment Capital Solutions Fund IV’s limited partners include university endowments and foundations, pensions, insurance companies, and family offices.

Metric Point Capital was the placement agent for the fund while Hogan Lovells served as legal counsel.
