On the mezzanine side, Greyrock Capital Group raised $131 million for its latest fund, GCG Investors III LP. The fund is well on its way to hit its target of $200 million and is earmarked for a combination of subordinated debt and equity co-investments in small and mid-market companies.

As for deals, Thomson Reuters, the publisher of Buyouts, counted 32 deals between Aug. 4 and Aug. 15 with a U.S.-based financial sponsor. However, only one deal disclosed its financial terms. An investor group comprising Oaktree Capital Management LP and PATRIZIA Immobilien AG acquired three business parks from real estate development firm MEPC Ltd, a unit of the Hermes Real Estate Investment Management Ltd subsidiary of BT Pension Scheme Trustees Ltd’s Hermes Investment Management Ltd unit, for 430 million pounds ($721.84 million) in cash.
