Riverside Partners targets $2bn for sixth micro-cap fund

Riverside Partners is seeking to raise $2 billion for its sixth micro-cap fund, according to an SEC filing. The New York City-based private equity firm invests in small and middle-market companies generally valued up to $250 million. The firm was launched in 1988 and currently manages more than $5 billion in assets, according to the firm.
